Features and uses:

1. The slurry has low viscosity and excellent wettability and permeability to silk.

2. It has better adhesion to fibers, unique cohesion and abrasion resistance, which is conducive to high-density and high-speed weaving.

3. It has excellent smoothness, moisture resistance and excellent antistatic properties, and no falling size and re-sticking phenomenon during weaving.

4. It can be applied to various specifications of polyester fine denier yarns and special-shaped shiny yarns.

Requirements:

1. When mixing the slurry, the water temperature is increased to 60℃, then the slurry is added and stirred for 20-30 minutes, and finally adjusted according to the required concentration.

2. The size of the slurry concentration affects the sizing rate. Generally, a high concentration also has a high sizing rate. The sizing rate required for different types of silk pairs is also different, so the sizing concentration must be controlled reasonably according to different varieties.

3. The sizing temperature directly affects the viscosity and sizing rate of the slurry. In order to obtain a uniform sizing rate, the temperature must be kept stable, generally controlled at 40-50°C. Too high temperature will easily cause the slurry to volatilize too fast.

The phenomenon of sizing liquid will affect the quality of sizing.

4. When sizing, the slick oil on the slurry in the slurry tank should be removed regularly, otherwise the sizing quality will be affected.

5. The water used for mixing and spraying water should meet the soft water requirements, otherwise it is easy to cause falling slurry and unclear desizing.

6. The slurry is anionic and should not be mixed with other cationic substances.

7. The slurry generally does not need to add other additives.

Factors affecting weaving:

1. Slurry concentration: If the concentration is too high, the slurry permeability will be poor, and there will be back stickiness, falling slurry, unclear openings, difficult desizing or unclear desizing during weaving; the slurry concentration is too low to reach the sizing It is easy to produce hairiness and broken silk.

2. Drying: Failure to dry completely during the drying process can easily cause undesirable phenomena such as falling pulp and sticking. Excessive drying will cause static electricity, which will result in hairiness and broken filaments, which will affect weaving.

3. Workshop temperature and humidity: The relative humidity of the temperature and air in the workshop has a certain influence on the drawing, sizing, paralleling and weaving. Too high relative temperature will cause re-sticking and pulp shedding. If the relative temperature is too low, static electricity will be generated, which will cause fluffing. Unclear speech. Suitable temperature and humidity in the weaving workshop: Temperature: 20℃-25℃ Humidity: 65-75%RH

4. After the slurry tank is heated during the sizing process: the water in the slurry continuously evaporates 1-2kg/hour (moisture). In addition, the water carried by the warp in the slurry is more than that of the slurry, so the viscosity of the slurry in the slurry tank will vary with It will affect the quality of the sizing. In order to prevent the viscosity from increasing, new sizing should be added evenly for adjustment when changing the warp beam.

5. For silk with a large amount of oil adhesion: due to the high oil dosage of the raw silk, it is easy to cause poor adhesion with the slurry, and the slurry film cannot be completely formed to weaken the water resistance and the slurry is easy to fall off. Therefore, the slurry tank can be appropriately increased. Temperature and appropriately increase the pressure of the soaking roller.
